Unusable app, waste of money, would like a refund.

In looking for apps to track the tips I make delivering pizza, this one seemed to have the two features I wanted: simple to use and able to backup the data. Well… For starters, I input the tips I made tonight and it rounded off the numbers after the decimal point to 0. $277.75 became $277.00. Odd… I tried to edit the $0.75 back in, it still wouldn’t do it. Oh well, if that’s all that’s wrong here then maybe I can overlook it. But it wasn’t. I then tried to backup the data, and the app crashed. I tried again by tapping the “Backup Data” button in the Settings screen, it crashed again. The "Backup Data" button should be labeled “Press Here to Crash App.” To the developer: I’m on an iPhone 6 with the latest iOS if it helps you find the bugs, if you’re even still alive. Which brings me to my next point...

So since I paid $1 for this app and the guy says to reach out and give him feedback, I decide to let him know about the bugs I found by clicking the “Feedback” button in the Settings pane. It does nothing. So I instead find the App Support button in iTunes thinking it would connect me to the developer… It takes me to the developer’s 404’d page. A google search doesn’t help me in finding him either.

This app is unusable garbage in its current state and quite frankly there’s no way this should be a payed-for app given its current state of development. It could be nice if it were even 75% finished, but as it stands this app is about 25% complete, which is 100% unacceptable. I feel like I was duped, and I’d like a refund.

To the dev: Apologies for having to write such a harsh review. This could have been avoided if your website were kept up and you were more easily able to be contacted.
